This collection of capture weave pendants is more for my record than to blog about it. These were done a long time ago. So at best, I can only show you photos.

These pendants were created under my previous label “ClearlyChosen” which has now been replaced by “ClearlyHelena”.
“Capture Weave” is, as I said in the Capture Weave Beaded Crosses, a name I coined for want of a better term. The “capture weave” technique was from the book “Beads Style: Cool 2” (Japanese beading book) published by Mook.

The “capture weave” technique is really quite versatile and can “capture” other shapes than just round beads. In fact, if you look closely, you will see that the “capture weave” does not have to capture anything at all!!

Z.Handmade Crosses – Beaded
This here is just a random collection of beaded handmade crosses I made from a long time ago. Beaded in what I then called the “capture weave” – where each round bead is captured in bead weaving and then joined together. The joints are reinforced later with extra thread throughs.
