Shipping Info
I ship worldwide. Shipping cost can be found on checkout.
Currently I am offering Free Shipping for orders AU$150 and over. That includes standard Australia Post to anywhere in Australia nationwide. International Free Shipping is also offered for AU$150 and over via Air Mail.
However should you prefer express mail, those options are available at checkout and are carrier calculated based on weight.
If you would prefer other options or have any queries re. shipping – please feel free to contact me.
Delivery times can only be estimated as follows:
- Local (within Australia): 2-5 business days
- International: 7-14 business days.
Buyer’s Onus
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post (which almost never happens). For your own safety, you need to request insurance or select the Express postal option (which has tracking and requires signature). Safety of parcels during transit is the responsibility of buyers.
If there are any problems, you can contact me and I will do my best to assist as much as I can.
Returns/Refunds
Satisfaction guaranteed. I offer you 100% refund on the price you paid should you, for any reason, be not happy with your purchase.
Please contact me for a refund. For a full refund:
- request must be made 21 days after item has been posted to you. (This ensures that there is enough time for the item to have reached you.)
- item(s) must be returned to me in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Packaging
All my handmade creations will be boxed to ensure maximum safety and minimize transit damages. For multiple purchases, items may be boxed in one box to save weight and wastage. Should you wish to have your items sent individually boxed or even flat packed (padded but no box) in cases where you are going to choose and pay for express postage, please contact me within 12 hours of order. All orders are normally packed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
